CICS Loomis-Longwood's mission is to inspire children to learn by providing engaging and rigorous experiences that foster independence in a safe and nurturing environment. We collaborate with families and the community to pave the road for our children to become cooperative learners, critical thinkers, and strong leaders who will positively affect the world around them.

Ms. Jean-Baptiste joins CICS Longwood Primary as Principal after more than 4 years serving as principal at Jovita Idár Elementary School. She previously served as an Assistant Principal and Resident Principal at Chicago Public Schools and was a member of the CICS network in previous roles at Civitas. In her time in the education field, Ms. Jean-Baptiste has consistently demonstrated a deep commitment to the success of her students, families and school communities.

Ms. Glenn was most recently Assistant Principal at CICS Prairie, a school community she has been a part of for 19 years in many roles. Yvonne brings a strong background in Dean leadership as well as family engagement and middle school instructional knowledge. 

Mrs. Kirk joins CICS Longwood as Assistant Principal from the CICS Lloyd Bond campus where she most recently served as Assistant Principal. Amber brings a wealth of instructional knowledge and capacity as well as a strong love for our CICS schools with a focus on culture and excellence.
