If you mailed your application, we recommend that you call our Enrollment Department a week after mailing to confirm its receipt. If you faxed your application, please call 15 minutes after it was faxed to confirm its receipt.

Submit a completed CICS application before the deadline to be entered into the lottery.
Submit a completed CICS application after the deadline to be put on the waiting list.
Reside in Chicago.
Kindergarten: Age five (5) by September 1.
