CICS Longwood HS hosted an Efficacy and Empowerment Day and it was a true success! Our theme for the day was "Raise Your Voice!"
Students had the chance to participate in transformational workshops and activities with several guest speakers that have done transformational work themselves. We are hoping that students felt empowered to show up as their best selves and become confident, self-aware young people.

Recently we held celebrations for K-2 students who have been identified as scholars who go way over and beyond. These scholars have perfect attendance, no behavior referrals, and are all on the honor roll. Keep it up!

We are so proud of our professional development workshops! This workshop focused on teacher collaboration, teamwork, and mental wellness. We had 100% engagement and 90% of the staff strongly agreed that our objectives were met! The fine arts team did a great job creating and facilitating these spaces.
